I’m Kelly Konno, the creator & choreographer of this new, fun, calorie burnin’, groovin’, funky, exhilarating 1 hour dance cardio class.
I’m ecstatic to share my knowledge of dance with the Bowen Island Community. This dance cardio class is suitable to anyone who enjoys dancing & listening to great music… male, female, young & old. As a matter of fact our average class member age ranges between 30 – 55 years +!
No dance experience is needed!
If you like good music, moving your body to the beat, burning calories while getting a full body workout & sweating, then this is the class for you!
Each week we will dance & workout to a non stop hour of music that has been strategically chosen by myself. The music will be inspiring & energizing, some old skool, some new skool, some funk, rock, hip hop, pop, maybe even a little country!
