The Bowen Island Arts Council operates the Hearth Gallery that produces a series of literary and musical performances, organizes the Bowen Studio Tours and offers an array of programs and art instruction, circulates a weekly Arts & Cultural Events update and sponsors a diversity of activities and cultural events. Working with partners, the arts council presents Knowing Our Place, a Truth and Reconciliation initiative aimed an enhancing our relationship with our local First Nations.
